I'm the guy with the defective Sunstreaker. Two right ankles! I bought it from my local toy shop and I didn't want to make his job any harder so I thought i'd exchange it at Target or Wal Mart. Nothing to exchange it for at either of those places. As I was driving to LTS i remembered he told me he ended up with a defective one himself. Couldn't remember what the defect was, though. I walked in, saw he had some Sunstreakers left, and offered to swap my defective one for one on the shelf. He showed me his defective one. It was missing a wheel. We swapped wheels, and we were both happy. 3rd party spoilers are in the mail. Some source material claim Sunstreaker's launcher is just in his right shoulder.
