King and Queen aren't popular enough to get huge figures and making them smaller would be jarring
If they do Bonney its a shame it'll be the Egghead outfit since I prefer her regular one. Dont hate the tech outfits though
Kizaru is meant to be like twice Luffy's height I'm pretty sure. But I think they could get away with a height between shf yamato and kaido. Kizaru doesnt tower over luffy the way kaido towers over luffy, so a reduction in scale won't be jarring to the same degree. Since he'd probably only have a couple face plates hopefully that means he gets some cool light effects
