>>10572896>>10572887Id add that if youre looking for a random place to jump in with idw give The Wreckers saga a read, you don't really need to know anything, its pretty self contained and really well loved, but can get much grittier than most of the other stuff.
Mtmte is really popular and follows a more comedic flow, but can still get plenty dark when it wants to, and it does a pretty decent job of being self contained thanks to being removed from the big cybertron plot but a lot of the character dynamics make more sense with more context.
On the other end, most people agree that the phase 1 (during the great war) era stuff is good enough but has way too much human shit and all hail megatron especially is considering boring by a lot of people.
