The only source for blindbag minis around me has been this Walmart, where they only show up in those small small boxes in the impulse buy sections near the cash registers, along with similar cheap toys and trinkets, so there's roughly one small box of mini bags per cash register.
So my thought process was that the only way to hasten the potential arrival of wave 2, was if they ordered more to replace wave 1. But, I already got all the figures I wanted out of wave 1, and don't want to waste money on buying more.
But, I know there's two potential ways Walmart will order more of a thing. Either the inventory system will note things have sold and make that known, or sometimes people will order things manually to fill a hole they find. I'm fuzzy on the specifics.
So, my thought came together when I was checking the boxes for wave 2's and noticed some of them were almost empty. I thought that maybe if the right employee noticed fully empty boxes, they'd beep their computery things and order more.
So, since this was at night and nobody was watching, I took the bags from two of the mostly empty boxes and mixed them in with some of the other register's less-empty boxes, thus leaving a few register stalls with notable empty blindbag boxes.
I feel like the desperation for wave 2 blindbags has turned me into the worst kind of nerd.
