The suits were done by the Chiodo brothers. Funny enough they also designed the Critters monsters. As well as Killer Klowns. So they're not bad suits , they just have unfortunate heads.
Being 30 year old boomer, besides VHS tapes these dorks were my turtles growing up, for better or worse.
