One extra pair over the default and then a single side hand is foul.
They could've given us at least two open palms and hands to cup his own thigh for picrel. I'm also of the opinion that pretty much all figures should come with a holding hand by default, even if they don't hold anything. It's just one of those versatile basic hand styles that everything should come with. Who's to say that Akaza can't grab a piece of wood and toss it at an enemy? Hell, I think he caught a blade a fair few times, too.
That's just the basics.
If they wanted to put any extra work in (which I guess I would have never expected since Tamashii is particularly stingy with the Demon Slayer line), they could've given him blue punching effects, blue kicking effects, his compass needle, a replaceable arm that is split in two, an item that can be attached to Rengoku where his hand comes out of Rengoku's back, etc.
