Middle guy is basically just a knight helmet, but it's at least well proportioned and looks good. Guy on the right already has a badly proportioned underbite, but they then turn the shittiness up to 11 by putting a shoulder pauldron from another toy on his forehead.
I mostly hate how lazy these designs are. This really feels like student work, and 1st draft student work at that. The stupid tube arms make me think of like, clothes dryer hoses, or the Michelin Man. And yeah, yeah, the skirts are probably a reference to the original Royal Guards, but it just feels lazy here, like an attempt to hide the legs. The legs underneath aren't even interesting, unlike the recent shocking reveal of the cool body under the Black Series Royal Guard's robes. Oh, and the sudden straight-line transition from the torso armor into the skirt looks horrible. An overhanging curved shape would have really eased the transition.
