The first one has got a lot of people who will post stuff of upcoming resin kits and stuff. Most of them will guide you to other marketplace groups if you like what you see and ask. The second one is a Thai guy who helps people buy Eastern stuff that people on the west wouldn't have access to. The 3rd is more of an inventory for you to see some good stuff. As for actual forums, there's this dinosaur toy forum or dinosaur toy blog website but the place is a pain to use due to all the spam control, so I stick to fb.
If you're interested in resin kits check out Dan's Dinosaurs. Keep in mind if you want a nice build up and paint job for a resin kit it generally costs as much as what the kit cost, plus shipping. Dan can hook you up with professional painters if you contact him.
