This was posted a few times and you probably have seen it before. This sounds like the exact same issue and I can confirm pulling it out worked perfectly for my Jiren. BUT since Broly doesn't have the crossarm piece I don't know how easily it pops off. Trying this could end up breaking it right there so its your call.

Last Jiren was great except for that bicep issue which can easily be fixed as long as you don't hamhand it right out of the package.
