That ship is the largest I've built, can't really see myself going much bigger as they start to become unwieldy dust magnets after a point, I like them to be minifig-friendly yet still swooshable.
They all have purpose as well in my headcanon, that starship is an obsolescent cruiser bought surplus by an ambitious corporation, retaining the older weaponry but fitted with numerous new components for its mission of seeking out resource-rich worlds for mining.
This ship here is operated by one of their subcontractors, a fast, well protected cargo hauler to bring back mined raw materials by way of shortcuts through wild space, dodging navigational hazards and outrunning hostile factions. Two drone craft can be deployed for defense or scouting purposes, the "tug" can also detach the cargo pod which can be flown remotely (another feature I'm fond of putting into my ships).
