The two best scales are 1/12 and 1/100.
1/12 - for humans figures. Because its the smallest common scale that can still have good looking face (mold/paint). Anything smaller is going to be extremely hard to pull off thus making the figure too expensive for /kids/.
1/100 - for giant robots. Because its the smallest common scale that can still have a properly painted pilot and cockpit. Anything smaller will make the plastic too thin and seamless for a pilot/cockpit combo. A diorama with properly shaped and painted people is also possible. Anything smaller are just painted people-shaped-blobs.
Sorry, all of the other scales are now worthless. I suggest you sell all of your other inferior scaled toys while the internet still doesn't know about the truth.
