Too tall and bulky.
Most 1:18 figures wouldn't fit in it either. Even 3.75" would have trouble fitting in there, because scale cars are usually sculpted so that the car seat is all the way to the front. There's no room for the legs.
If you want to fit a 1:18 figure in there you basically need cut the figure from the waist down. So only abs and above would fit. Even then, the seat is all the way to the front, so they'll look stupid if you try and make them hold the steering wheel.
Someone mentioned SpinMasters' Batmobile and that one is designed to hold a figure inside it. It might be big enough for a Revoltech, but i would doubt it.
