>baloon musclesHe is supposed to look like a roid-raged gym rat. His legs and feet also look almost identical to the source material, it's probably just his chest that is slightly over emphasized. I suspect they had to make his arms a bit bigger to give his huge joints a more 'seamless' look. Though, I'll give you the part about his forehead being a bit too prominent.
