I would stylize it to get away with as manny traditional joints as possible and concentrate the TPE at the important bits, the butt, torso, breasts, upper arms, neck and face, I would also use a combination of 3D Printing pre-made models and physically modifying the prints to make the final mold.
The skeleton would have to be in part 3d printed with some reinforcement.
Is going to be an expensive project, but I do have a nice income and no other vices aside from model making. Be it, buying TPE/TPR granules would be easer and probably cheaper if I can find the type I need in small quantities.
But maybe I should just start my melting one of my old-and-busted onahole to see if I can even melt them and dye them myself.
