I don't want people to mockingly call me "Hey Mermaid"
I want them to believe that I am a Mermaid because I choose to be one.

There are new laws that punish children for not calling trans adults their preferred pronouns. So, as long as we're throwing all the rules out the window why can't I be a Mermaid?
