They did Qui Gon 2 years ago in the Black series and they shrunk the sculpt down for the shitty 5poa one but if they were to release a TVC version they would probably use that.
Although saying that Revan has got a good 6" sculpt and hasbro are releasing that 2007 salt shaker shit version so who knows with hasbro.
*Jesus the Black Series looks cool with a robe.
The face sucks but in 3.75" it will probably look okay.
