The epoxy is still curing as I type this, but here is my first attempt with the thicker texturing. I used a popsicle stick (unaltered) to get the stippling. I might do a second batch of thick texture for the head (extending from the rear of the upper jaw) to make a fluffy back-swept bunch of feathers like the WWB version had.
