Does anybody know wtf is up with all those "hair style" doll channels on YT? tl;dr there are a shit ton of channels posting the same clickbait DIY videos with nice OOAK dolls in the thumbnails, but the actual video is always a cheap Barbie getting butchered with Sharpies or a terrible yarn "reroot". But the weird thing is the hand in the videos is also sometimes the same hand holding a nice OOAK doll in the thumbnails.
What the hell? Is this an actual doll artist getting her stuff ripped off on YT, or is some asshole buying OOAK dolls just for YT thumbnails? Of course this crap gets 10,000x more views than actual artist tutorials.
