>>11662603>A comic based subline of Classified would be fantastic.McFarlane could make an entire toyline out of it, since he's the head of Image and chummy with Robert Kirkman. And they should make it in 1:18 scale, because of how amazing the 1:18 Avatar line is. They managed to pack in 1:12 detail and engineering into 1:18
And because McFarlane Toys is a private company and doesn't expect endless growth, they have no problem making smaller toylines as long as they're profitable.
... of course, Hasbro fears 1:18 scale because they've seen how it eats away at their 1:12 sales, hence only making budget-level toys in 1:18 (including vintage style figures) and cockblocking any attempts at modern engineering 1:18 figures like Hiya's. So if McFarlane were to make a comic line, they'd only be able to sell it in Antarctica and Greenland.
>>11662635I hope you're not talking about me, because I've been coming to the GI Joe General on /toy/ before it existed. I've been a major contributor to GI Joe threads since /toy/ opened.
If you've been having a problem in the past 6 months, then it's because of some troll who wants to create endless arguments. Like denying simple business concepts like poor sales = dead toyline or the (samefag?) guy who keeps wanting to post AI images and pretends everyone else is okay with them except for 1 or 2 guys.
Ask that guy to post pictures of his toys (preferably next to an electrical socket) and watch him shit the place up even more to deflect attention away from the fact he doesn't own shit.
