If I had to estimate what it cost, I'd say $150 CAD, $200 CAD at most?
I would highly recommend exporting the parts list into a Bricklink wanted list, and then going through each part & getting what you can off of Bricks & Pieces before moving to Bricklink - olive green is quite expensive on Bricklink, and it's much more worth your time and money to get stuff off of
Lego.comIf you do do that, just know that some parts have multiple item numbers (some will show "out of stock" on Bricks & Pieces, but an alternate item number for the same part will have them in stock)
