Hasbro Pulse is always last to get things for me out of the big named stores but that's because they prioritize everyone else first. I'm not a fan of EE so I don't use them. I've had several Japanese items get delayed like the aforementioned Millennium Puzzle I'm still waiting for HLJ to ship out, plus sites like Amiami being slow to even charge me when product does arrive. Gamestop, I've had delays as well with them, I have several Black Series figures get pushed back multiple times, like the Clone Commando, despite people already getting theirs, pic related. Same for the SPARTAN Collection 2 pack with the Mark V Chief that was originally supposed to come out over a month ago according to the original order confirmation email. And then Amazon? I don't pre-order from them unless I absolutely have to. I've had shit outright cancelled from them, they're the worst for pre-orders. I take it you weren't around for the original release of SHF Goku Black, because that was a shit show.
I don't know what stuff you're getting but most of my Hasbro shit has been delayed well past when it was originally supposed to come out across several different websites.
