Lore wise I envisioned him being Carnivor's direct nemesis. Back when he was just an average soldier in the Brazillian army he was able to take down Carnivor alone and subsequently returned to base with his weapons and tech after Carnivor scampered off to Infraworld. The Brazillians then reverse engineered the tech and outfitted him with a super suit of his own to directly combat flying Infraworlders. He's apart of the same rival faction to Fuerza T that Automata and Golden Tiger both are.
He's the simplest of the bunch by a mile. To clarify he'd use Sy-Klone's head, a basic MOTU/Fuerza T buck, Stratos' wings and jetpack, and both Fisto's and Heman's grasping arms. I thought making him dual wield MEF's guns would make him stand out more despite his simplicity.
