Started working on the head after obtaining a saw to separate it from the neck. Used the wax beak to make a mold to fill with KwikPlastic epoxy putty (essentially the same as Green Stuff) and then trim/sand. Same material for the upper jaw's plumage, but instead just rolled it onto the face and stippled with my hobby knife before the material started to harden. I plan to drill out the raptor eyes and implant some friendlier-looking doll eyes (maybe spare vintage Trolls eyes that I've seen on ebay)
