Every joint feels sturdy and tight, almost too much at some times. May loosen over time, but for now it can easily do wacky poses, even with the huge backpack.
The transformation is... ok
The initial splitting of the front of the truck is a little buggery, and bringing the chest down over he arms fells really wierd to do the first time. Other than that, the back kibble easily folds out of the way, and the wheels even nicely collapse into the legs.
Now onto the weapon
