My only piece of advice in addition to what other anons have provided is that you need to use a reputable shopping service. For some ungodly reason, Taobao's built-in forwarding services refuse to ship resin abroad, and you will cry blood trying to get them to either return it or push it on to someone who can. And when I say "reputable," I mean:
1. Not Alsotao, or any service with a shady rep
2. Not Crystal Yi/TBSS because their service fees are bullshit. They charge 10% twice.

If so, that's what pushed the price so high, because the individual sellers don't really have any cheap international options. If you have them ship to a shopping service first, EMS shipping for an MSD only comes to about $45. Other methods are even lower.
