Just got these three RDs in. Short reviews.
>GP04
As other anons reported last thread the hip articulation is completely lacking. It reminds me of HG kits from the mid 2000s. It goes forward and back an acceptable amount. Propellant tanks just plug in, no movement. Lastly the typical collapsable calves that allow for further knee range isn't present so its about a 90 degree range. Every other point is pretty on par with the line. Those 3 points are just terrible, the hips especially, and wind up making the whole thing feel dated. Still looks awesome but disappointing.
>Ez8
An awesome release. The figure articulates as you'd expect any ver ANIME to. The backpack is cool, I do wish it included a stand since you can't have it floating without one, but I have a bunch lying around. I didn't expect to want to use the backpack accessory but propping it up with a bunch of arms makes it look really nice.
>GM Sniper
I feel bad for anyone who wanted this but didn't care about a giant base. Bloats the price alongside being a PB release. I was surprised to see the base was panel lined at least and wasn't just a hunk of unpainted grey plastic. The sniper rifle itself is pretty unwieldy and is more resting in the hands than the hands are actually holding it. My initial impression is that the seamlines were a bit more visible than usual on the lower legs/forearms.
The Ez8 and GM Sniper both felt worth it to me for sure, but the GP04 is lacking, I'd only recommend it to people that really love the GP04. People who just enjoy picking up suits they think look neat should pass.
