Like with everything posted on the internet, it's going to get criticized. You should expect it. Either roll with it, ignore it, but getting super defensive is only going to lead to shitstorms which can be quite entertaining and funny to read, while making you look stupid.
It's like that /co/ thread about that one lady writing getting upset her Mockingbird comic was being criticized on twitter. Nice thread where the writers defended it by saying those who disliked it was misogynistic hater. Sorta like that guy criticizing a photo being called part of ABCA.
The parallels are delicious.
