>>5979643I had something similar, but it was just the Indians and Cowboys from that line...
I don't know if I also had a set that came with a Link-in Log fort or not...
>>5979648>I blame walmart for their not being enough variety of army men.Well they do carry the Corps series, which has this fucking awesome near future set of tri-colored dudes, but yeah...
Actually discovered them in one of these toy Army Men threads.
>>5979846>for some strange reason also liked Sailor Moon back thenEveryone liked Sailor Moon man, it's Sentai crossed with Magical Girls!
>>5981066>I find it kinda weird that there don't seem to be any wargamers who mix their minis with toys. The closest I've seen are minis customized into toy characters like Transformers.Well I do, but that's because my Wargame of Choice is based on using Lego...
...GOD DAMN IT MIKE!!!
>>5988201>>5988234>>5988300Yeah, Army men never really had the most reliable scaling to begin with...
The pictured CORPS set has an F-22 that like, 1/100 scale...
>>5989591>Also, here are the Wal-Mart Soldiers-Corps Elite.Dude, your pic doesn't even have the awesome ED-209 knock-off...
>>5992153>do you guys associate the colors of each figure with a particular real life military or some fictional country just named "Green" or "Tan" like the Army Men games?>>5992162>depends on my outlook. Usually though, because of the generic designs of the army men that I had as a kid... plus the fact that I did play the Army Men video games, I'm more inclined to think of them as Green and TanYeah, even though the CORPS set is suppose to corresponded with their brand Meta-fiction, the fact that it's the same six models reused for all the dudes doesn't help...
...Also, who are the third tan group of guys suppose to be?
