I built a Jagdtiger 1/72 Tamiya kit as my first ever build- years later I pick up an Airfix T-34/85 at an odd scale I hadn’t seen before on tanks or terrestrial armoured vehicles: 1/76
So, the T-34 should be smaller than the Jagdtiger, both due to the fact of the scale difference, and the physical size of the tigers(?)
Yet, this is not so. The T-34 is taller and equally massive to the Jagdtiger. I can post pictures comparing them at some point but is my brain messed up ?
I thought a T-34 was like the size of a Panther and that all Tigers were like, noticeably larger than their contemporaries, especially when considering the scale difference. What is the deal here ?
