If you look on this thread, most of the playsets shown have some sort of jail cell. I'm not sure why that is. Maybe it's to help narrative play. The jail is the "end goal" of an imaginative story where the good guys lock up the bad guy for good. On the other hand, the jail is also an inciting action set piece for a new story where the bad guy escapes or the bad guy has captured a good guy that needs rescuing.
