Got this guy today, very happy to finally have a Piccolo for the collection after all this time. He's very solid (neutral face aside) and has some nice heft to him.
He's definitely not as shiny in person as I'd worried. Still a bit, but not as bad as some photos/videos looked.
I especially love the sculpt on the upper part of his cape, and it doesn't really hinder the arms that much either. I think what might work is if some customiser made a fabric cape that sort of clips on to the shoulder piece, preserving the nice sculpt but still giving you the fabric cape.
