Change is normal and ordinary. IT hasn't been revolutionary in so long (probably hasn't been since i was born), so all changes are so gradual it's barely noticeable.
Everything that will be changed is telegraphed 10-20 years before it happens, so when it finally happens, it's like getting your dinner at a restaurant an hour after you got seated.
