There you write the reference number without spaces and add the pieces to the cart. The pages for the sets may also have a button to list the pieces and add them to the cart straight from there.
There are other means to order (I've read about email), but I haven't tried them. If you use the spare part service from the online shop you can combine your order with regular sets in order to get free shipping or whatever.
