I routinely see these in stores like dollar general and big lots. they're massive, the product images dont do them justice. these are "American Plastic Toys" trucks. there's a few different variations of them (I've even come across smaller ones tailored for dolls) but they all have easily accessible seats. From eyeballing them so often I'd hazard to guess they can fit figures upwards of 7 inches tall. pic related also has an opening trunk.
