Second the formatting of the effect is all over the place. The "This spell can't be countered" part is fine, but "Destroy all enchantments" and "Return all wizards should be a single effect. The "You gain 5 life" can still be a separate sentence, just on the same line as the other effects. Wizards should also be capitalized since creature types are always capitalized in card effects. Thus the card should read something like this
>Destroy all enchantments you don't control, then return all Wizards from exile to the battlefield. You gain 5 life.
