If you can get one for around £30 then go for it. That's what I paid for my PAK Lurker xeno and I'd say he's about on par with Neca's offerings, except his joints are a bit more obvious and they ratchet (which makes him more poseable and less brittle).
I believe there are bootlegs of both versions out there so beware.
