I only fiddled around with it a couple of times and rebuilt it into the dinosaur moc I posted back then and the middle corner plate is what all of the pieces looked like afterwards - the kind of weathering you normally see on Warhammer miniatures.
The other two I gently rubbed over with a piece of plain tissue paper and it didn't take long until whole paint came off.
If those parts were really "lacquered" you wouldn't be able to do that kind of shit.
