Here's a rundown from someone who owns most of the current modern offerings. In terms of best poseable toys Ill rank em.
Sentinel 4 inch nel.
Kotobukiya kits.
D - Arts
Truforce
Everything else.
The Nel's barely beat out the kits as the only drawback to the kits are the fact that they're kits. Nel has a great lineup and has made Megamen we haven't gotten decent articulated toys of so if you want a collection of main characters thats your best bet. Problem is they go for rape prices on the aftermarket now which is why if you want a complete lineup I would start buying nippers and files.
Truforce has the best overall engineering but its a donutsteel design and is literally only one character. I absolutely love the truforce X's but you literally only get X.
D-Arts has a great lineup and is probably the most visually accurate (excluding Megaman and Bass with colour issues but as others have stated their QC and engineering is shit with hair pieces too heavy for the body, arms popping out of sockets with the slightest touch, mad paint transferring.
Wish I had a full photo of my entire Mega Man display before I dismantled it. I can answer most questions about the modern lines.
