SoS pupils are HUGE, which looks cartoony, and the dark upper eyebrow with no lower eyebrow contour gives it a really anime/Lego Friends look. The head also just looks really flat and detailless, like a mannequin head. It needed some contour/shading, and better sculpted-in detail like a more developed lower eyelid to catch light.
Please JoyToy, if you're out there, make those damn pupils smaller. It will help so much even if you don't do any of the other stuff.
