Its about the pose. Look at this photo and look at their stances. Duke cant have a neutral stance. He needs to lean into one hip because one leg is longer than the other.
I admit I am nitpicking here but this is really pronounced in a lot of other gi joe molds (reta firefly for example). I dont have examples of those since I dont buy joes with uneven hips. T-Rat has a minor hip uneveness while RB has none.
