It did get released in the states, via online stores. Hell, you can get him on Amazon right now for like $80 if you want.

I'd be OK with Hasbro Blur if they actually followed the toy color scheme like they said they were going to. His G1 scheme wasn't that...Blue. And I love blue. Blue's my favorite color.

But after getting the Wave 2 Deluxes, it's pretty damn clear where Hasbro's paint/detail/whatever budget went, and it wasn't into Blur and Scourge.
