Vezok tries too hard to act manly on the surface despite feeling like it's totally against his character. Such behaviour could be the result of the struggle to maintain his masculinity while growing up among horde of women.
Thok probably also grew up among women, because of his backstabbing, traitorous tendencies. But I would say that Thok was mostly influenced by his witch of a mother rather than sisters, since he often behaves like a spoiled brat. Vezok on the other hand behaves like a man and survivor.
Come to think of it... every Piraka member was somehow tramatized. Zaktan was traumatized because he lived half of his life as a slave. Avak was traumatized because everyone bullied him since he was a giant neeeerd (bully Antroz stole his bike). And Reidak probably grew up as an autistic loner.
But when it comes to Hakkan, I can hardly guess what was his fucking problem. He was simply an asshole.
