I truly wonder if those [we need a term for stupid multi-hundred-dollar adult sets not targeted to children at all because no child can afford that and no reasonable parent would give such an expensive gift] expensive sets drop off like opening weekend movie tickets.
on release day, with exclusive GWP, they sell 90% of the sets they will sell. like, the GWP increases the initial purchase by a huge factor, but it also destroys the sale of the people who missed it and are sour they don't get the thing that should have been included anyway.
