In those same shots you ignore Goten is closer than Goku and Goten is the same size as Gohan and Goten is shorter.
In the ending Goku is beside no one and you could scale anyone to that size or scale them up and there's no reference point. Try making SS4's head the same size as base Goku's and see if SS4 Goku is STILL taller. Make SS4 Goku's feet the same size and see. It's not meant for proper scale anon. It's just showing him at different points in time.
And why does Goku just seem way bigger in all the episodes? You sound like Mr Satan at this point in time.
