>>6909038It was a shitty, overpriced line doomed for failure. No-one was ever going to pay 7k yen (wtf!!!!!) for 1/18 figures with the quality of gashapon toys, not even retarded Myth Cloth fans who will buy the same figures over and over again. The selling point is supposed to be the diorama stages they come with (and that's supposed to justify the outrageous price), but they are literally unpainted plastic on runners, i.e. the cheapest shit in the world for Bandai to make. All the early releases went straight to clearance at places like Amiami, but the more recent ones have actually sold all right which makes me think Bandai is producing much less of them. IIRC Shun and Pisces just came out so they might still release Hyoga, but to be honest I'm surprised Bandai hasn't outright killed the line yet. I was excited for this line because I like Saint Seiya but the Myth Cloths are too big and expensive for my collecting habits, and finding out these were just glorified gashapon that were almost as expensive as the Myth Cloths really pissed me off, so there you have it.
