Lucas created a franchise to cash in on so many characters and designs, but it'd be hard ot say that any of them are cheap cash ins. A lot of effort was put into his stuff, even to save it from himself.
As Hasbro has proven, a lot of their teams are made up of fans. They may not always produce the best figures and will cheap out, but they know their shit.
You can't say that about the REvoltech line, where even Venom isn't based on anything. Like Psylocke, they jsut took him from a cover and that's it. No real knowledge for the character, unlike when you get box art of Deadpool playing with himself, a Howard the Duck accessory, Psylocke with a butterfly effects piece, or a redeco of the same figure to represent their evil twin.
Doing a good represention of a figure is what makes a good toy.
