That was end of day for them, so I got a response the next day and they invoiced me for the extra shipping I requested. The following day they processed my order, and the day after that they shipped it out. UPS had it over the weekend and it arrived today.
I'm sure some people have had problems with them like you might with any company, but the only issue I've ever had is them not responding to the ticket I mentioned, and that was remedied with a quick live chat. I've opened a few tickets with them for various reasons and usually get a response within 1-2 days, so this was an exception. If anyone is debating trying Nippon-Yasan like that anon in the previous thread was I'd say give em a go, and you can also pay later on certain items like they said, which would extend your Paypal case time considerably if things do go awry.
