Not only was the original toy a leader class, but even in the show's canon he's not really a city bot either. He'd make more sense as a big Commander class toy like Sky Lynx.
I mean, how the fuck are you going to turn this into a base without just making it a recolored G1 Metroplex with a giant excavator attached?
