There have been figures with their own issues but regarding the overall soft plastic durability they are pretty solid.
The very early SFV figures like M.Bison were the ones with issues and sometimes the MK1 ninjas seemingly.

He also seems to make use of quite a bit of soft plastic since his design consists of flowing clothes.
