Aside from her, the bunny mask killer the huntress, who us also free is pretty amazing.
In terms of DLC, pyramid head, pinhead, the blight are all pretty amazing. But you can even make the bad killers work. Jigsaw is one of the lowest tier killers but I'm a monster with her just cause of how long I've played the game.
